The automatic plate pulling filter press is controlled by PLC, which can perform various operations on the filter press (such as filter plate pressing, liquid collecting plate merging and opening, loosening the filter plate, pulling the filter plate), and leaves a remote control interface to enable remote automatic operation and control. The filter press is equipped with a remote control interface and can be operated and controlled automatically from a remote location, and can also be supplied with a vario-vibration, liquid collecting flap, mud guide and mud storage, and filter cloth flushing system as required.

Turn the “auto-manual” knob to “auto”, press the “pull” button, the plate puller will pull the plate forward, and the plate puller will automatically reverse and pull the plate back when it touches the first plate; cycle until the plate is pulled. The plate puller returns to the initial position and stops at the limit.
Turn the “Auto Manual” knob to “Manual”, then the main motor starts and the “Plate Puller Adjustment” knob is used to adjust the forward and backward movement of the plate puller.
When the filter press is in the automatic state, after the plate is pressed and the feed pump is selected, it will feed automatically.

The above formula can be used for the calculation of different unit systems, only the value of k in the formula changes accordingly. According to the current legal unit of measurement, the unit of power is kw, the unit of pressure is mn (i.e. 106 Nm, 1mn = 102 tons of force), the unit of line speed is m/min, and the corresponding k value is within the range of 3.8 to 5.6. If the previous metric units are used, the unit of power is hp (metric instruction horsepower = 0.7355kw), the unit of oil pressure is ton force, and the unit of line speed is the same, then the k value of the above formula becomes 0.048 ~ 0.075 accordingly.
According to dozens of groups of actual measurement data in many domestic sewage treatment plants, the k-value in the formula is quite stable, but is related to the following factors.
The k-value is higher for belt filter presses and lower for backseaters, and the k-value of the first machine is about 10% to 20% higher than that of the last machine.
The k-value increases slightly with the thickness of the cane layer (fibre loading rate) and is approximately proportional to its openness. When the cane is pre-crushed finer, the cane layer is thinner under the same amount of cane and the k-value is lower.
The k value is related to the type and efficiency of the prime mover and transmission device; the k value is lower for those with high efficiency transmission devices.
The k-value is related to the bearing loss of the belt filter press. If the bearings are hot, the k-value is higher; the k-value of the press with normal rolling bearings is lower.
The k-value is related to the intermediate conveyor or feeder (into the reel) attached to the belt filter press; the k-value is higher when the down-feeder is used.
The k value is related to the oil pressure lifting situation of the belt filter press, the k value is low when the oil pressure does not rise (the oil pressure is not fully functional at this time), and the k value will be higher when the oil pressure rises but is not flexible.
